Jeonju City Promotes 'Holrohamkke Life' Support Project for Middle-Aged and Elderly Single-Person Households

Up to 5 Million KRW Support per Organization for Isolated Household Prevention Support Project Expenses

[Jeonju=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Han-ho] Jeonju City announced on the 27th that it will promote the 2022 middle-aged single-person household support project, "Living Alone Together," to support socially isolated residents in collaboration with 35 neighborhood community security councils, organized by Jeonju People (Chairman Lee Byung-gwan) of the Jeonju Welfare Foundation.

The middle-aged single-person household support project "Living Alone Together" is a social welfare community fund allocation project that supports project expenses by inviting welfare community programs from neighborhood community security councils to prevent isolation of middle-aged single-person households in the Jeonju area and help them live healthy and happy lives within social networks.

In this call for proposals, 35 neighborhood community security councils in Jeonju City can apply for participation.

Jeonju People of the Jeonju Welfare Foundation plans to support selected organizations with project expenses up to 5 million won after reviewing resident participation, project feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness.

However, projects that have already received or are confirmed to receive support from other institutions for the same content are excluded from support.

Organizations wishing to apply can fill out the application form posted on the Jeonju Welfare Foundation "Jeonju People" website or Jeonju City Hall website by June 17 and submit it directly, by mail, or by email to the Welfare Community Team of Jeonju People at the Jeonju Welfare Foundation.
