'World-Class Chef' Mario Launches New Poolside Menu
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Yuri] Lotte Tour Development announced on the 23rd that the casual restaurant 'Cafe 8' at the Grand Hyatt Jeju in the Jeju Dream Tower Complex Resort has opened an outdoor terrace and launched new poolside menu items to enjoy there.
A representative from Lotte Tour Development said, "Cafe 8 is located on the 8th floor with an outdoor pool deck, making it perfect to enjoy a meal on the outdoor terrace after swimming," adding, "You can enjoy a variety of snack menus and desserts such as chicken popcorn, crispy cheese balls, pizza, and sandwiches along with refreshing draft beer, cocktails, and ade to cool down from the heat."
They explained that they prepared various menus including calamari, chicken popcorn served with wasabi mayonnaise, five types of snacks such as ham and salami, seven types of pizzas including four-season pizza with artichokes and black olives, assorted cheese pizza with truffle honey and four kinds of cheese, as well as Caesar salad and club sandwiches. Through Jeju pizza topped with Jeju pink shrimp, black garlic, and orange, and Jeju wheat ale draft beer, customers can experience the local flavors and aromas.
Popular cocktails include five signature drinks such as 'Hallapirinha,' made with cacha?a (Brazilian rum) base with Jeju hallabong and lime, and 'Cafe 8,' made with Johnny Walker Black base with cacao, espresso, chocolate bitters, and cinnamon cream. Cocktails made with Hallasan soju like 'Sohito' and 'Apricot Sour' are also popular. There is also a variety of beverages including 'Jeju Sea Ade,' juices, and smoothies.
