Terassem Faces Embezzlement and Breach of Trust Allegations Amounting to 46.4 Billion KRW

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Jung-yoon] The Korea Exchange KOSDAQ Market Division announced on the 13th that embezzlement and breach of trust amounting to 46.43 billion KRW occurred involving two individuals, including CEO Mr. Lee, at TerraSem.

This corresponds to 400.12% of the company's equity capital.

Additionally, the Exchange stated, "Regarding the occurrence of embezzlement and breach of trust charges, we inform that an additional reason for the substantive review of listing eligibility has been added pursuant to Article 56, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 3, Item na of the KOSDAQ Market Listing Regulations."
