On the 11th, Kim Kyungja, the preliminary candidate for Hampyeong County Governor, met with elderly residents in Hampyeong-eup, Hampyeong County, to listen to their difficulties.

Candidate Kim said, "The standard of a livable city is one that can protect the lives of its citizens," and explained, "We need to improve the medical system to guarantee the health rights of county residents and ensure safe living from COVID-19."

Candidate Kim stated, "Currently, there is no general hospital in Hampyeong County, so residents have to go to other regions for medical treatment," and added, "Without a higher-level hospital, we can no longer watch the anxious scenes of guardians and patients in the Hampyeong area racing against time."

Accordingly, Candidate Kim emphasized, "Through the establishment and attraction of a general hospital, we will organize a public medical network and secure medical staff so that residents no longer have to go to other regions for treatment and can receive high-quality medical care."

She further reiterated, "We will expand welfare policies by generation and class, including socially vulnerable groups, to accelerate the creation of a prosperous Hampyeong where everyone lives well together."

Kim Kyungja, the preliminary candidate, has served as the chairperson of the 11th Jeonnam Provincial Council Youth Development Special Committee and vice-chairperson of the Planning and Administration Committee. She has played a central role in election campaigns for local councilors, county governors, and members of the National Assembly in the Hampyeong area, representing local voices for a better hometown Hampyeong by proposing ordinances such as the 'Jeonnam Talent Development Institute Resident Education Ordinance' and the 'Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education Suffrage Education Activation Ordinance.'
