'Believe The Able' Small Housing Subscription Open from April 11 to 12

KB Real Estate Trust (Construction: Shinsegae Construction Co., Ltd., Consignment: Wolsong Holdings) is attracting continuous visits from prospective buyers to the model house of the residential-commercial complex "Villiv The Able," currently being sold in the Baekbeom-ro area of Mapo-gu, Seoul.

Villiv The Able is located in Sinchon, the heart of Mapo, which boasts some of Seoul's best living infrastructure, offering convenient residential life. It features the excellent quality of Shinsegae Construction's residential brand "Villiv" and provides various financial benefits. Additionally, with the Presidential Transition Committee (hereafter referred to as the Transition Committee) actively discussing the relaxation of regulations on small-sized housing, it is analyzed that prompt real demand buyers and investors are gathering.

Villiv The Able is a double-station complex accessible to both Sinchon Station on Subway Line 2 and Sogang University Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line, enabling quick travel to areas such as Euljiro, Gangnam, and DMC in Seoul. Large shopping facilities like Hyundai Department Store and E-Mart, as well as various convenience facilities including CGV, Gyeongui Line Forest Trail, and Severance Hospital, are all within walking distance.

The complex dedicates an entire floor to community facilities for residents, including a fitness center, screen golf, and shared office spaces. From the 4th to the 23rd floors, where residential units are located, sharing zones for light work or relaxation are created as common spaces for residents. Taking advantage of the higher elevation compared to nearby areas, a rooftop garden offering panoramic views of Mapo city, the Han River, and Namsan is also provided.

The interior design of the units is also excellent. A ceiling height of 2.6 meters is applied to enhance the sense of space and openness, and each unit offers 2.5 to 3 pyeong (approximately 8.3 to 9.9 square meters) of service area for flexible space utilization. The interior is constructed with premium brands: kitchen furniture is from the German premium brand Nolte, kitchen faucets from the Italian brand Gessi, and sinks from the renowned Dutch brand Reginox. The island countertop and porcelain tiles in the bathroom are also imported from Italy, creating a luxurious atmosphere.

The most notable feature is that, unlike other complexes currently being sold in Seoul, Villiv The Able allows mid-term payment loans and offers interest-free benefits on these loans, reducing the initial capital burden. Furthermore, as the Transition Committee is reportedly pushing for regulatory relaxation to increase the supply of small-sized housing, once finalized, loan and tax burdens are expected to decrease as well.

A sales official stated, "Villiv The Able lowers the entry barriers for buyers by offering excellent location and product quality along with various financial benefits such as interest-free mid-term loans," adding, "With ongoing discussions on small-sized housing relaxation by the Transition Committee, many real demand buyers and investors continue to visit the model house."

Meanwhile, the model house for Villiv The Able is currently open, and applications for small-sized housing subscriptions will be accepted on the subscription website from April 11 to 12.

The complex allows anyone aged 19 or older residing in Korea to participate in the subscription without restrictions related to subscription savings accounts, residency, or re-winning limitations, and winners will be selected by 100% lottery. Tax consultation services are also available at the Villiv model house.
