Hana Bank Launches 'Non-Face-to-Face Corporate Loan Extension Service' for Corporate Clients

Hana Bank Launches 'Non-Face-to-Face Corporate Loan Extension Service' for Corporate Clients



[Asia Economy Reporter Sim Nayoung] Hana Bank announced that it will implement the 『Non-face-to-face Corporate Loan Extension Service』 for corporate businesses in response to the increased need for non-face-to-face agreements due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic.


While non-face-to-face services for individual business owners have been increasing recently in the financial sector, non-face-to-face services for corporate businesses have not been activated. Considering this, the 'Non-face-to-face Corporate Loan Extension Service' was implemented. This service allows corporate businesses to extend their corporate loans held at Hana Bank non-face-to-face without visiting a branch. Corporate businesses can complete the agreement by electronically signing with the joint certificate of the corporation and its representative through Hana Bank's corporate internet banking.


A representative from Hana Bank's Corporate Business Division stated, "Through this 'Non-face-to-face Corporate Loan Extension Service,' we expect increased convenience and work efficiency for corporate businesses and branches," and added, "We will continue to strengthen non-face-to-face services for corporate businesses who find it difficult to visit branches due to COVID-19."


Last July, Hana Bank launched a ‘Non-face-to-face Loan Service’ exclusively for individual business owners. Through this, individual business customers can apply for loans using their mobile phones and joint certificates, and even customers without prior transactions with Hana Bank can perform non-face-to-face loan services via mobile by using the individual business owner exclusive menu within the ‘Hana One Q app’ and the ‘Hana One Q Corporate app’ without a separate membership registration process.
