"Restaurants Without Signboards" is compiled based on SikSin's data, collecting traditional restaurants that have been loved for a long time. It is divided into five sections: △Gukbap (soup with rice) △Noodle dishes △Alley veterans △Stews △Meat, containing information on a total of 115 traditional restaurants. The book was prepared with the purpose of preserving the preciousness of traditional food and its value as cultural heritage and promoting it widely.
A SikSin official stated, "In the food service industry, where it is common for businesses to close within six months, this book allows readers to explore the secrets of restaurants that have continued operating in the same place for decades."
