Continuous Early Sales Success 'Moaelga', Launches Subscription for 'Shin Yangju Moaelga Nike' in Yangju

'Moa Elga,' which has been continuing its sold-out streak in Geomdan New Town, Pocheon City, Asan City, and Chuncheon Hakgok District, is starting the full-scale subscription schedule for ‘Shin Yangju Moa Elga Nike’ in Yangju City. Given the increasing preference for the Moa Elga brand through consecutive sell-outs and the attention Yangju City is receiving as a key residential area in northern Gyeonggi Province, it is expected that another success story will follow.


In fact, Moa Elga brand apartments have been closing subscriptions and selling out in major regions nationwide. Notably, 'Geomdan New Town Moa Elga Grande,' launched in Geomdan New Town in 2019, attracted 3,928 applicants for 401 units, recording the highest average competition rate of 9.8 to 1 among complexes launched during the same period and sold out in a short time. This complex also won the Grand Prize in the apartment category at the '2022 Future Architecture Culture Awards' hosted by Chosun Ilbo, alongside its rapid sell-out.


Additionally, ‘Pocheon Moa Elga Leaders Park,’ introduced in the Pocheon 2 District of Gyeonggi Province in 2020, found all its owners within four days of the official contract period, marking a new chapter in the Pocheon City sales market, which was previously known for unsold units.


Moreover, 'Shin Asan Moa Elga Vista Phase 2,' supplied in March last year in the Sinchang-myeon area of Asan City, Chungnam Province, drew an astonishing 186,358 subscription accounts, achieving an average competition rate of 186.73 to 1 and creating a buzz. In November of the same year, ‘Central Unam Moa Elga Treview,’ launched in Unam-dong, Buk-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, successfully completed sales with an average competition rate of 18.56 to 1.


Furthermore, the ‘Hakgok District Moa Elga Grande,’ the first complex launched in the Chuncheon Hakgok District recently, closed all types with a first-priority subscription rate of 15.2 to 1. Following this, the private rental apartment 'Hakgok Phase 2 Moa Elga Vista' also received 70,587 subscription applications, demonstrating strong interest in the Moa Elga brand.


In response to this high interest, 'Shin Yangju Moa Elga Nike' will be developed in Hongjuk-ri, Baekseok-eup, Yangju City, consisting of seven buildings from one basement floor to 23 floors above ground, with a total of 570 units ranging from 59 to 84 square meters in exclusive area.


The subscription schedule starts with special supply on the 28th, followed by first-priority subscriptions on March 2 and second-priority subscriptions on March 3. Winners will be announced on March 10, and official contracts will be conducted over three days from March 21 to March 23.


Shin Yangju Moa Elga Nike is the first brand apartment to be launched in the western area of Yangju City in a long time, and various specialized designs befitting this symbolic status will be applied.


The complex is designed with the highest building in Baekseok-eup at 23 floors, offering unobstructed views. It is mainly oriented southward with wide distances between buildings to enhance openness, and the design primarily uses slab-type layouts to ensure excellent lighting and sunlight rights. Inside the units, storage space is expanded by introducing walk-in closets, pantries, and alpha rooms according to unit types, and movable walls are applied to allow residents to configure spaces as they wish.


The community facilities will also be diverse. Notably, the complex will be the first in Baekseok-eup to offer a fitness center and a small library, attracting attention. Additionally, the complex will include a golf practice range, GX room, study room, daycare center, and senior club, enabling residents to enjoy sports activities, leisure, culture, and learning without having to go far.


A sales official stated, "Moreover, the complex will be developed as a park-type apartment with a theme park to enhance comfort. Various landscaping features such as a central plaza, playground, healing garden, forest garden, and healing forest park (children’s park) will be created to provide daily relaxation and greenery, so we ask for much interest."


Meanwhile, Shin Yangju Moa Elga Nike is located in a non-regulated area, making it relatively free from various subscription and loan regulations, which is expected to attract significant attention. The complex also offers financial benefits such as a fixed first deposit of 10 million KRW and a full 60% interest-free mid-payment, minimizing the financial burden on consumers.


In addition, Shin Yangju Moa Elga Nike is conducting various events. Among those who register as interested customers on the website by the subscription deadline, 200 will be randomly selected to receive coffee gifticons, and among subscribers, 10 will be randomly awarded ‘LG Intensive Multi-Care’ products.


Moa Housing Industry plans to successfully complete the sales of this complex and continue supplying projects such as the ‘Seoul Cheonwang Station Urban Environment Improvement Project (440 units),’ ‘Hwaseong Hyangnam Apartment Construction Project (558 units),’ and ‘Pyeongtaek Godeok Residential District A-55 (1,255 units).’
