OjuLink (CEO Hwang Won-seok) announced on the 23rd that it has launched an outsourcing price index system on its outsourcing matching platform 'OjuLink,' which is based on zero matching fees and direct transactions.
The 'Outsourcing Price Index Confirmation System' applied to OjuLink had been difficult to implement due to its high technical complexity. OjuLink determines the outsourcing unit price by averaging three values: user voting results, actual transaction prices, and expert publicized prices. This average is then integrated using big data technology, making it the first systematized approach of its kind in Korea. Since outsourcing unit prices are decided through negotiations between users, the core technology ensures these prices reflect market trends as much as possible and can handle various scenarios.
This system was developed for many users who had difficulties due to a lack of knowledge about outsourcing prices, and after its launch, it has received high satisfaction from numerous users.
In particular, the system allows users to quickly and intuitively check market prices such as upper average, lower average, and average values through graphs simply by selecting the desired outsourcing field and content. Additionally, there is a section below the price values where users can leave and view comments, enabling price adjustments through communication, which is another notable feature.
A representative from OjuLink stated, “The IT outsourcing market has expanded into a 5 trillion KRW market, growing about 33% compared to before COVID-19, driven by the rise of non-face-to-face markets during the pandemic, and is expected to grow rapidly in the future.” They added, “Especially, while transactions were previously mainly between companies, there has been an explosive increase in transactions between individuals and companies or between individuals themselves. As transactions increase, disputes tend to rise as well, but the outsourcing price index system is expected to reduce outsourcing disputes by resolving information asymmetry.”
Developed by the administrators of 'OjuNara Cafe,' which started as the first and largest in Korea, 'OjuLink' was created based on long-term experience running a cafe with 130,000 members and 30,000 active experts. Unlike other services, there are no fees incurred during matching, which attracts many skilled experts and results in high customer satisfaction. Leveraging this, 'OjuLink' has been achieving double growth every year.
'OjuLink,' a specialized platform where everything about outsourcing can be checked, is equipped with care systems such as a dedicated safe transaction system for outsourcing, free electronic contract system, and free electronic quotation system, as well as a direct transaction system that allows clients and experts to communicate freely for safe transactions.
