Heavy Snow Warning Issued for Gwangju and Jeonnam... Peak During Commute Time

According to the Gwangju Regional Meteorological Administration on the 17th, as of 3:30 PM that day, the snowfall amounts recorded were 6 cm in Damyang, 5.2 cm at Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology, 3.0 cm at Jangseong Sangmu Base, 1.9 cm in Hwasun, and 1.4 cm in Yeonggwang.

The Meteorological Administration forecasted that the snow would fall most heavily at 6 PM that day and continue until midnight.

Currently, a heavy snow warning has been issued for Gwangju, Jangseong, Damyang, Yeonggwang, Hampyeong, Muan, Hwasun, Naju, and Yeongam.
