Hyundai Engineering Opens Model House for 'Hillstate Sosa Station' on the 3rd

Hyundai Engineering announced on the 2nd that it will open the model house for ‘Hillstate Sosa Station,’ located in Sosabon-dong, Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, on the 3rd and begin full-scale sales.


The complex will be a residential-commercial mixed-use development with 629 units, ranging from 74 to 84㎡ in exclusive area, and consisting of 6 basement floors to a maximum of 49 floors above ground. The lower part of the complex (from basement level 1 to the 3rd floor above ground) will also include a commercial facility called ‘Hills Avenue Sosa Station,’ with a total floor area of approximately 28,000㎡ and 238 units. The units are composed by exclusive area as follows: ▲74㎡ 25 units, ▲80㎡ 36 units, ▲84㎡A 139 units, ▲84㎡B 77 units, ▲84㎡C 50 units, ▲84㎡D 167 units, ▲84㎡E 63 units, and ▲84㎡F 72 units.


Close to Bucheon-si’s only transfer station ‘Sosa Station’... Equipped with diverse living infrastructure

Sosa Station, the only transfer station in Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, where you can use Subway Line 1 and the Seohae Line, is located near the complex. The Daegok-Sosa Line, an extension of the Seohae Line, is scheduled to connect to Sosa Station in 2023, allowing travel to Daegok Station in just five stops once opened. Additionally, the GTX-B Line and the Wonjong-Hongdae Line are planned near the complex, which will further improve accessibility to Seoul.


By car, access to all areas of Bucheon-si and the adjacent Seoul area is fast via Gyeongin-ro and Sosa-ro, which are adjacent to the complex. The Siheung IC of the Metropolitan Area 1st Ring Expressway is nearby, and the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway is also located close, making travel throughout the metropolitan area convenient.


Nearby schools within walking distance include Sosa Elementary School, Buwon Elementary School, Bucheon-dong Middle School, Bucheon-dong Girls’ Middle School, Bucheon Ilsin Middle School, and Sion High School, covering elementary, middle, and high schools. Various green spaces such as Seongjusan, Seongjusan Sports Park, Bongmaesan, Sosa Grand Park, Yeokgok Park, and Wonmi Cultural Park are also located nearby, providing a pleasant residential environment. In addition, Catholic University Bucheon St. Mary’s Hospital, Bucheon Sejong Hospital, E-Mart, Homeplus, CGV, and Sosa General Market are close by, allowing convenient access to abundant living infrastructure.

The complex, built up to 49 floors high, plans to apply a double-glazed window design with divided facades to create a symbolic landscape as the gateway to the Sosa Station area. It will feature iconic head designs and sophisticated curtain wall facade finishes. In particular, a solar power generation system will be introduced on some exterior walls and parts of the commercial building’s facade, making it an energy-saving residential facility.


All apartment units are medium-sized, ranging from 74 to 84㎡, which are highly preferred by actual users. The layout is mainly south-facing with a three-sided open tower-type building plan, securing views to the east, west, south, and north. Various options will be offered, including a clean system at the entrance to block viruses, allowing customization according to the user’s preferences and convenience. Also, with the acceleration of the non-face-to-face era and increased telecommuting, bedrooms can be converted into home offices or alpha storage spaces to suit the needs of residents. Various community facilities will also be provided, including a fitness center, exhibition hall, and studio, along with spaces for children and guardians.


In particular, the lower part of the complex (from basement level 1 to the 3rd floor above ground) will include the commercial facility ‘Hills Avenue Sosa Station,’ with a total floor area of approximately 28,000㎡ and 238 units, enabling a one-stop lifestyle.


The sales schedule starts with special supply on December 13, followed by first priority applications for the relevant area on the 14th, and first priority applications for other areas on the 15th. The announcement of successful applicants will be on December 22, and the official contract signing will take place from January 4 to 8, 2022. The model house is located in Dodang-dong, Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do.
