"Lotte Appoints 6 New Female Executives to Foster Young Talent (Update)"

[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] On the 25th, Lotte conducted its 2022 regular executive appointments, newly appointing six female executives and one foreign executive. Lotte plans to continuously expand female and foreign executives to strengthen organizational diversity.

Through this executive appointment, a total of six new female executives were appointed: Woo Soon-hyung, Executive Director of Lotte Department Store; Kwak Mi-kyung and Kang Eun-kyo, Executive Directors of Lotte Information & Communication; Son Yoo-kyung, Executive Director of Lotte Property & Development; Shim Mi-hyang, Executive Director of Lotte Chemical Basic Materials Business; and Kang Kyung-ha, Executive Director of Lotte Fine Chemical.

Executive Director Woo Soon-hyung, born in 1971, joined E-Land in 1994, worked at Kolon Corporation and E-Land Retail, and served as the head of the TOPS team in the MD Development Division of Lotte Department Store.

Executive Director Kwak Mi-kyung, born in 1972, joined Ssangyong Information & Communication in 1997, worked in the Solution 1 Team and DT Consulting Team at Lotte Information & Communication, and served as the head of the Digital Marketing Team. Executive Director Kang Eun-kyo, born in 1969, has experience at Nongshim, Hanwha, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and SK C&C. She joined Lotte Information & Communication in 2013, worked in the SI Sales Team, and currently leads the Convergence Business Team.

Executive Director Son Yoo-kyung, born in 1972, worked in the High-Rise Design Team of Lotte CM Business Headquarters and the Design Team of Lotte Property & Development CM Division, and currently leads the Technical Support Team of Lotte Property & Development.

Executive Director Shim Mi-hyang, born in 1975, has experience at Honam Petrochemical and currently leads the Business Support Team at Lotte Chemical. Executive Director Kang Kyung-ha, born in 1972, worked at Samsung Fine Chemicals and currently leads the HR Support Team at Lotte Fine Chemical.

Mark Peters, born in 1965, General Plant Manager of LC USA, was also newly appointed as an executive.

Eungyo Kang, Executive Director at Lotte Data Communication Company.
