[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Hapcheon-gun, Gyeongnam announced on the 22nd that it will publicly recruit executives for the Facility Management Corporation scheduled to launch in January next year.

On the 21st, Hapcheon-gun held the '1st Executive Recommendation Committee' meeting to recommend candidates for the Facility Management Corporation Chairman (1 person) and Non-executive Directors (3 persons), finalizing the qualifications and evaluation criteria for executive candidates.

The application period for executive candidates is from the 25th to November 8th. Detailed information can be found on the Hapcheon-gun Office website.

The Executive Recommendation Committee consists of seven members, including professors, professional managers, and former public officials of grade 4 or higher. After thorough review through document screening and interviews, the committee will recommend twice the number of candidates to the appointing authority, the Hapcheon-gun Mayor.

The Hapcheon-gun Facility Management Corporation, scheduled to launch in January next year, will manage public facilities such as the Video Theme Park, Jeongyang Leisure Sports Park, Sewage Treatment Plant, and Waste Incineration Plant starting from July 1st of the same year, following handover procedures and facility trial operations.

Mayor Moon Jun-hee stated at the 1st Executive Recommendation Committee meeting, "The job performance ability of the inaugural chairman and directors is directly linked to the success or failure of the Hapcheon-gun Facility Management Corporation," and added, "I earnestly ask you to recommend executives that all residents desire."
