[Asia Economy Reporter Park Hyun-joo] Cho Seong-eun, the whistleblower in the so-called 'accusation manipulation suspicion' case, criticized Yoon Seok-yeol, the People Power Party's presidential primary candidate, for losing the administrative lawsuit to cancel his two-month suspension disciplinary action, saying, "He should have been dismissed."
On the 14th, Cho introduced an article related to Yoon's loss on her Facebook and stated, "Looking at the disciplinary decision document, there was a very active attempt to conceal and obstruct the investigation of the act of disturbing the national order through the prosecutor general's authority procedure. Two months was actually too lenient."
She continued in another post, "I will explain in detail," expressing her displeasure by saying, "The obstruction of the investigation in the real Lee Dong-jae and Han Dong-hoon cases was very persistent. Why is that? Then what about the accusation manipulation?"
Additionally, in a further post, Cho said, "I saw the statement from Yoon Seok-yeol's camp's 'Special Committee for the Truth Investigation of Political Manipulation,' which has a bizarre name," and criticized, "There is nothing new! So they wrote long sentences insisting that there is nothing significant."
She then pointed out, "From the beginning, I said that the case 'Yoon Seok-yeol's Supreme Prosecutors' Office's interference in the 2020 general election' is a 'crime of disturbing the national order,' and I spoke about it with reinforcing evidence rather than new content," adding, "I cannot understand whether they mean that the crime of disturbing the national order is not new or what they are trying to say."
Finally, she added, "For reference, that group has been reported for false accusation under the Special Act and violation of the Public Official Election Act. I request the Central District Prosecutors' Office to promptly assign and investigate the case."

Meanwhile, on the same day, the Administrative Division 12 of the Seoul Administrative Court (Presiding Judge Jeong Yong-seok) announced in the lawsuit filed by Yoon against the Minister of Justice to cancel the disciplinary action, "The plaintiff's claim is dismissed."
In response, Yoon's legal representatives, lawyers Lee Wan-gyu, Lee Seok-woong, and Son Kyung-sik, released a statement on the same day, saying, "We will thoroughly review the judgment and actively contest the court's factual errors and legal misunderstandings in the appellate trial."
