On the 8th, KBS 2TV's 'Year-round Live' segment 'The Woman Running the Chart' broadcasted the ranking of the entertainment industry's top 'hobby enthusiasts.' In this chart, Yeon Jeonghun ranked 2nd with his hobby of car racing.

Previously, Yeon Jeonghun demonstrated professional-level driving skills on KBS 2TV's '1 Night 2 Days' Season 4. He officially debuted as a car racer in a motorsports competition in 2010 and achieved a high ranking of 5th place, surpassing actor Ryu Siwon, who was famous as the entertainment industry's representative car racer.

In 2014, 'Year-round Live' also reported that Yeon Jeonghun participated as Korea's representative in an overseas car racing competition and won. It was estimated that the total annual cost for participating in the competition was about 1 billion KRW, including an entry fee of approximately 280 million KRW, vehicle purchase cost of about 460 million KRW, insurance fee of about 60 million KRW, airfare and accommodation costs of about 100 million KRW, and parts and tire expenses of about 100 million KRW.

Yeon Jeonghun participated in the competition for five consecutive years and ranked within the top positions for four consecutive years. However, regarding his hobby of car racing, Yeon Jeonghun said, "Overseas competitions are not a source of income."
