According to Seoul Exchange OTC, a specialized trading platform for unlisted stocks, as of the 8th, the reference price of Viva Republica (Toss) is trading at 107,600 KRW, up 2,700 KRW (2.57%) from the previous day. Consequently, Viva Republica's corporate value has risen to 17.5665 trillion KRW, an increase of approximately 400 billion KRW compared to yesterday.
As of 3 PM today, the cheapest safe transaction listing under "For Sale" is priced at 125,000 KRW.
A representative from Seoul Exchange OTC stated, "The acquisition of Tada is driving the stock price increase due to investor expectations for Viva Republica's entry into the mobility business and the synergy with its financial services."
