Court Dismisses Injunction Request to Ban Broadcast of 'Master in the House: Lee Jae-myung Edition'

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Seung-jin] The court dismissed the injunction request filed by Namyangju City, Gyeonggi Province, to ban the broadcast of a segment featuring Gyeonggi Governor Lee Jae-myung on the SBS entertainment program 'Master in the House' on the 24th.

The Civil Division 51 of the Seoul Southern District Court (Chief Judge Kim Tae-up) held a hearing on the injunction request filed by Namyangju City against SBS and dismissed the plaintiff's application.

Earlier, Namyangju City filed an injunction request with the court the day before, claiming that the preview broadcast of the 'Master in the House' episode featuring Governor Lee Jae-myung aired a part that made it seem as if the valley maintenance project was Governor Lee's achievement.
