Shinhan Asset Management Decides to Merge with Shinhan Alternative Investment Management

Shinhan Financial Group announced on the 15th that its subsidiaries, Shinhan Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Shinhan Alternative Investment Management Co., Ltd., have approved the merger agreement through the approval of both companies' boards of directors and general shareholders' meetings. The surviving company after the merger will be Shinhan Asset Management, and the merger date is January 1, 2022.
