September Agricultural and Livestock Food Job Fair Featuring NH Nonghyup, aT, CJ, Pulmuone, and More

20 Public Institutions, 20 NongHyup Affiliates, and Over 80 Private Companies Participate

[Sejong=Asia Economy Reporter Moon Chaeseok] The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs announced on the 22nd that it will hold an Agriculture, Food and Rural Jobs Fair together with agricultural cooperatives, CJ, and other companies.

The fair, held online from the 1st to the 15th of next month, is in its fourth year. It was planned to provide various job information to young people. Last year, 126 companies participated and conducted 7,233 job seeker recruitment consultations.

This year, about 120 organizations will participate, including 20 public institutions such as the Rural Development Administration, Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation (aT), and Korea Racing Authority, 20 agricultural cooperative affiliates including the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation, and about 80 private companies. Notably, private companies such as Farmsco, CJ Seafood, CJ Bio Resources, and Pulmuone Danone will also participate in full force this year.

There will be one-on-one online recruitment consultations, recruitment briefings and talk concerts by institutions and companies such as the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation, Rural Development Administration, and Seonjin. Recruitment officers from public institutions, agricultural cooperative affiliates, and private companies will hold live recruitment briefings. Talk concerts featuring current employees will also be held.

Job seekers hoping for employment or entrepreneurship can pre-register for online recruitment consultations and startup consulting from the 23rd until the 7th of next month. After pre-registration ends, during the intensive consultation period on the 8th and 9th of next month, they can have one-on-one video consultations with companies on their preferred day.
