Barun Electronics, Share Transfer Agreement Accompanying Change of Major Shareholder

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jihwan] Barun Electronics announced on the 18th that it has signed a contract to sell 22.43 million shares held by the existing largest shareholder EN Plus to SMAC for 12 billion KRW.

The scheduled date for the change of the largest shareholder is the 16th of next month. The expected number of shares to be owned is 22.34 million, with an ownership ratio of 30.44%.
