SK Rent-a-Car "Free Charging Benefits for Long-term Electric Vehicle Rental Customers"

[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] SK Rent-a-Car announced on the 5th that it will run the ‘Charge More, eGain’ promotion, offering free charging benefits until the end of November this year to customers who sign long-term electric vehicle rental contracts during August.

During the month of August, customers who sign contracts for any of the three electric vehicles (Hyundai ‘Ioniq 5’, Kia ‘Niro EV’, Kia ‘EV6’) at SK Rent-a-Car will receive free charging benefits until November 30 after vehicle delivery.

A company official explained, "The key feature is that customers can use unlimited free charging without any restrictions on the number of charges or charging amount, so the more you charge, the more you gain," adding, "Detailed service information can be found in the free charging card and guide provided with the delivered vehicle."

The free charging card provided to ‘Charge More, eGain’ customers, called the ‘EV All-in-One’ card, is a core component of SK Rent-a-Car’s ‘EV All-in-One’ product, which was first introduced in the industry last year by integrating long-term electric vehicle rentals and unlimited charging services.

By using this card, customers can easily access over 7,000 fast chargers nationwide, covering about 80% of the network operated by Korea Electric Power Corporation and the Ministry of Environment, without separate membership registration or authentication, free of charge.
