MS Autotech, "Additional Acquisition of 26.6 Billion KRW in Affiliate Myeongshin Shares"

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-sun] MS Autotech, a KOSDAQ-listed company, announced on the 19th that it will additionally acquire 591,112 shares of its automobile parts manufacturing affiliate Myungshin for approximately 26.6 billion KRW.

After the acquisition, MS Autotech's stake in Myungshin will be 75.9%. The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is the 20th.
