Changwon City Improves Nightscape of Buildings Around Changwon Plaza
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] Changwon City in Gyeongnam announced on the 31st that it has created a nighttime landscape in the form of bands of light on buildings around Changwon Square.
The city requested the participation of building owners around Changwon Square to improve the nighttime landscape, transforming the area into a bright and vibrant space.
The area around Changwon Square, symbolizing Changwon, experiences heavy traffic day and night, and despite being the largest round square in the country, the surroundings appeared dark at night.
Accordingly, landscape lighting highlighting the features of nearby buildings has been installed to provide another attraction in Changwon.
Mayor Heo Seong-mu said, "I am grateful for the great interest and active cooperation of the building stakeholders around the square regarding the nighttime landscape, and we will continue to explore various ways to make Changwon beautiful even at night."
