Inspection of Construction Site for 'Rural Hub Revitalization Project' in Yeonggwang-gun

[Yeonggwang=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters reporter Lee Jeonseong] Jeollanam-do Yeonggwang-gun (Governor Kim Junsung) announced on the 18th that it visited the construction sites of the 'Rural Hub Revitalization Project' being promoted in Hongnong-eup and Daema-myeon on the 17th to check the progress of the construction.

The Hongnong-eup rural hub project is scheduled to be completed next month within this year, with a community center of 1,050㎡ on a 4,075㎡ site, with a total project cost of 5.7 billion KRW. The Daema-myeon rural hub project is being promoted with the goal of completion by the end of the year, expanding the welfare center by 535㎡ on a 6,019㎡ site, with a total project cost of 6 billion KRW.

This project is a resident-driven and region-customized project in which local residents and the county jointly establish and promote regional development plans. It is expected to serve as a driving force for improving the quality of life of residents and regional development through long-awaited projects such as ▲community centers ▲public bathhouses ▲pocket parking lots.
