Exchange Designates Soribada as a Corporation for Incomplete Disclosure

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jihwan] The Korea Exchange KOSDAQ Market Division announced on the 12th that Soribada has been designated as an unfaithful disclosure corporation due to disclosure reversal.

The Exchange imposed 9 penalty points and a fine of 36 million KRW for disclosure violations on Soribada.

The Exchange stated, "If a company is finally designated as an unfaithful disclosure corporation and the penalty points imposed are 8.0 points or more, trading will be suspended for one day." Soribada's penalty points imposed over the past year total 11 points.
