Haman-gun Replaces This Year's Civil Defense Training with Cyber Education

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] On the 13th, Haman-gun, Gyeongnam announced that it will replace civil defense training with 1 hour of cyber education.

The basic training will be conducted from the 15th of this month to June 30, the first supplementary training from August 1 to September 30, and the second supplementary training from October 15 to November 30.

Training summons will be sent electronically first, and only those who do not receive it will be notified by mail.

For cyber education, trainees search for Smart Minbangwi training on PC or mobile, select their region, verify their identity, complete 1 hour of training, and if they score 70 or above on the multiple-choice evaluation, it will be recognized as completion of the training.

The county plans to provide opportunities for training completion through written education for trainees who have difficulty completing cyber education.

Also, participation in blood donation and submission of proof will be recognized as training hours.

A civil defense official from the County Safety General Division said, "Providing an education method suitable for the COVID-19 situation will greatly help improve emergency response capabilities."
