Former Short Track National Team Member Kim Dongseong Attempts Extreme Act

[Asia Economy Reporter Baek Kyunghwan] Former short track national team athlete Kim Dongseong reportedly attempted an extreme act.

On the 27th at around 3:30 PM, Kim was found having attempted an extreme act at his home in Yongin-si, Gyeonggi Province, and was transported to the hospital by 119 paramedics. At the time, Kim was conscious and is currently reported to be in no life-threatening condition.

Meanwhile, prior to the attempt, Kim expressed remorse for not being able to provide child support to his children and revealed the mental anguish caused by excessive exposure of his private life through a written message.
