[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Juhyung] Famous YouTuber Yoo Jeongho, who has about 1 million subscribers, attempted an extreme act but was barely rescued thanks to reports from netizens. Yoo is currently hospitalized in the emergency room receiving treatment.

On the morning of the 22nd, Yoo posted a message titled "Last Words" on his Facebook. In the post, Yoo said, "I loved you. Thank you, my friends. I truly considered you my friends," and added, "I’m sorry for not taking care of myself until the end while helping for 10 years. Still, thank you for being my friends. He also wrote his daughter’s name and said, "Dad loved you so much. I’m sorry for being inadequate," and added, "Thank you for liking me for 10 years, but now I have no strength left. Thank you for liking me even though I’m unpopular, but I really have no strength."

After some netizens found Yoo’s post, they reportedly reported it to the police out of concern for his health. Yoo’s wife posted on social media that day, saying, "Fortunately, thanks to the help of paramedics and police officers, we found him," and "He is recovering in the emergency room."

She added, "I’m also overwhelmed, but I will update on his condition once he wakes up."

Earlier, on the 20th, Yoo had uploaded a video on his YouTube channel expressing psychological distress. In the video, he said, "My panic disorder and anxiety disorder have worsened significantly. The private hospital said that increasing medication is not good, and that my prognosis shows I might die," and added, "They said I need inpatient treatment."

Meanwhile, Yoo is a YouTuber who gained popularity through videos depicting revenge against scammers and noise complaints between floors. As of the 22nd, his YouTube channel has reached 1 million subscribers.
