According to the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) subscription center and GS Construction on the 20th, the subscription for the Wirye Ja-i The City newlywed hope town (sale type) held on the 18th and 19th attracted 17,026 applications for 293 households, showing an average competition rate of 58.11 to 1.

This is the highest ever, surpassing the competition rates of the newlywed hope towns in Gwacheon Knowledge Information Town S3 Block (16.92 to 1) and S7 Block (14.06 to 1) sold this year.

The Wirye Ja-i The City newlywed hope town sale units consist of 293 households with exclusive areas of 46 to 59㎡. The total sale units are 800 households, with 360 public sale units having recorded a competition rate of 617.58 to 1 on the 12th. This is the highest average competition rate ever in the metropolitan area since the introduction of internet subscriptions in 2007.

A GS Construction sales official explained, "As the first newlywed hope town apartment under a private construction company brand, we applied the product and design unique to the Ja-i brand as is."

The winners of the newlywed hope town subscription will be announced on the 4th of next month, and document submissions for the winners will be accepted from the 16th to the 19th of the same month.
