‘Pocheon Daejin University Station Kumho Eoullim’, Designated as Urban Development Zone... Project Begins in Earnest

Notification of Designation Decision Completed for 35,769㎡ Scale Pocheon Seondan District Urban Development Zone

Pocheon City in Gyeonggi Province announced the designation of the Sondan District Urban Development Zone and the topographic map for Kumho Eoullim near Daejin University Station in Pocheon, a project implemented by Skyhill Co., Ltd., on January 13, 2021.

Kumho Eoullim in Pocheon signed a business agreement with Pocheon City on October 30, 2020, and with the announcement of the urban development zone designation, the project can now accelerate with the goal of starting construction within the year.

Kumho Eoullim near Daejin University Station in Pocheon is a project supplying private rental housing, consisting of a total of 701 units with small to medium-sized floor plans such as 74㎡, 59㎡, and 45㎡, and will be built with the quality of private sale apartments different from existing rental apartments.

Additionally, residents will receive the benefit of having priority to purchase the units when the rental period ends and the sale begins.

It is expected to share the benefits of future development due to its proximity to the planned opening site of the (tentatively named) Daejin University Station on the Line 7 extension.

Moreover, it is directly connected to Gangbyeonbuk-ro and Bukbu Expressway via the Guri-Pocheon Expressway, and also linked to the Seoul Metropolitan Area 2nd Ring Expressway, making it a transportation hub with easy access to anywhere in Seoul and the metropolitan area.
