Na Seungdoo, a researcher at SK Securities, explained, "Lotte Tour Development started its hotel business with the opening of Jeju Dream Tower on December 18 last year," adding, "They are also preparing for the foreigner-only casino business."

He continued, "This year will be the first year of growth as a comprehensive leisure company encompassing both the existing travel business and hotel and casino businesses," and added, "Jeju Dream Tower is 169m tall, higher than the existing tallest building, Jeju Lotte City Hotel (89m)."

Furthermore, he analyzed, "Jeju Dream Tower will be a definite landmark," and "Jeju City has outstanding natural scenery but is in need of a large-scale landmark to accommodate the increasing number of foreign tourists."

Researcher Na emphasized, "Jeju Dream Tower offers views of Hallasan, Oreum, and the Jeju sea without significantly damaging the natural scenery," and added, "If a large-scale commercial facility is established in Jeju Dream Tower, it will contribute to revitalizing the local economy through the creation of new jobs."
