[Asia Economy Reporter Kum Boryeong] NH Investment & Securities' mobile trading system (MTS) 'Namoo (NAMUH)', which received the highest score in the customer-friendly category, provides services based on a mobile-optimized user interface (UI) and user experience (UX).

Last year, it launched the interest card service for discovering investment products, and this year, it added a mobile-specialized condition search service. As of last month, the number of Namoo users reached 996,750.

On the Namoo home screen, users can view their asset status at a glance. It is possible to check news on favorite stocks, domestic and international indices, stock rankings, as well as various stock information and financial product lists in interest groups, and even virtual currency prices. Additionally, services such as pre-login inquiry, easy remittance, price capture orders, unsettled order notifications, automatic KRW currency exchange, and lock screen services are available.

Namoo allows trading of most products including domestic stocks, overseas stocks, gold spot, rights short selling, KONEX, K-OTC, subscription warrants, futures and options, public offering and forfeited stock subscription, equity-linked securities (ELS) subscription, and on-market bond trading.

Another advantage is that users can open comprehensive asset management accounts (CMA), pension savings, futures and options, and gold spot accounts anytime and anywhere on Namoo without visiting a branch. It is also possible to use the service without a public certificate through simple authentication methods such as simple numbers and fingerprint recognition.

Namoo conducts the latest updates and automatic checks on security programs such as security keypads and vaccines. One-way encryption to protect customer information and mobile electronic finance fraud prevention services have also been applied.
