The official name of the patent independently developed by Indent Corporation using artificial intelligence (AI) technology is "Method and System for Authenticating Reviews by Real Buyers," a technology that verifies whether the review author has actually purchased the product and grants an authentication mark.

This patented technology is expected to contribute to creating a healthy and trustworthy e-commerce market ecosystem by filtering reviews from real buyers. As cases of fake reviews written by people who have not actually purchased the product or manipulation of product evaluations have frequently occurred, causing recent controversies, real buyer review authentication is emerging as a solution to eradicate covert advertising and false reviews.

Including the newly filed 'Real Buyer Review Authentication' patent, Indent Corporation has completed applications for a total of 11 intellectual property (IP) rights. Currently, it has registered various domestic and international patents such as ▲review management methods and systems ▲review management service provision methods using AI chatbots linked with affiliated shopping malls ▲AI chatbot technology, and is focusing on advancing its services based on these.
