Etude contained 24.7mL less than the indicated volume of 1050mL. This is a violation of the Measurement Act. According to the law, the error for products with volumes exceeding 1000mL and up to 10,000mL must not exceed -1.5%.

Persil was found to have cracks at the container joints, raising concerns about leakage. When the entire bottom was dropped, unlike other products, there was a problem.

Both Petit Elin, the manufacturer of Etude, and Henkel Home Care Korea, which produces Persil, responded to the Consumer Agency that they will provide exchanges or refunds upon consumer request.

Additionally, all products complied with safety standards and adhered well to labeling and advertising laws.

Kim Dongpil, head of the Chemical Environment Team at the Consumer Agency, said, "The Consumer Agency will continue to provide safety and quality comparative information on household chemical products to support consumers' rational consumption activities."
