This year's individual official land prices were found to have increased by an average of 6.28% compared to the previous year.
This increase is mainly attributed to the reflection of the realization rate in areas previously undervalued compared to actual transaction prices, as well as land price rises in areas where development factors such as road openings and development projects have occurred.
The determined and publicly notified individual official land prices can be viewed on the Gochang-gun website and the Real Estate Official Price Notification service.
Landowners and interested parties who have objections to the publicly notified individual official land prices can submit their objection forms by using Government24, or by visiting the county office or eup/myeon office civil service desks to fill out the objection form and submit it via visit, fax, or mail by the 29th of next month.
A Gochang-gun official stated, “Since individual official land prices are used as basic data for various taxes and charges, landowners and others should pay special attention, check the individual official land prices during the objection period (May 29 to June 29), and if there are any objections, submit the objection form without fail.”
