[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Daeseop] Kyowon Group announced on the 19th that it has obtained the 'ISO 20000' certification, an international standard certification for IT service sectors accredited by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
The ISO 20000 certification acquired this time covers all IT service areas including customer support services, business development, operations, and maintenance.
Kyowon Group has been introducing and advancing an IT service management system to integrate and efficiently manage IT management processes provided to each business division. By comprehensively managing dispersed data and IT services across the company, it has improved service quality.
A Kyowon Group official stated, "Following the Information Security Management System (ISMS), obtaining the ISO 20000 certification externally recognizes our excellence in IT service solution operations and security management capabilities," adding, "We will further strengthen the IT management system optimized for the group."
