Gocheok Herium The One is located at 76-14 Gocheok-dong, Guro-gu, Seoul, and consists of a building with 1 basement floor and 12 above-ground floors, comprising a total of 242 officetel units with a net area of 19㎡ each, and 21 neighborhood living facilities.
The complex is about a 10-minute walk from Guil Station on Subway Line 1. This allows direct access without transfers to major business districts in Seoul such as Yeouido and Jongno. Once the ongoing 'Seobu Expressway Underground Project (scheduled for completion in 2021)' is finished, traffic congestion will be alleviated, enabling smooth vehicle access to key metropolitan areas.
