Galaxy S20 and Galaxy Z Flip to Be Unveiled Next Month with Half-Price Pre-Order Promotion

Galaxy S20 and Galaxy Z Flip to Be Unveiled Next Month with Half-Price Pre-Order Promotion

The price of Samsung Electronics' next-generation foldable phone is expected to be significantly lower than that of the initial Galaxy Fold. Recently, along with the reveal of its exterior design, price forecasts have also been released, generating buzz. The Galaxy Z Flip is currently expected to be priced in the 1.8 million KRW range, making it about 600,000 KRW cheaper than the previously released Galaxy Fold, which is anticipated to make it more accessible to consumers.

Along with the Galaxy Z Flip price, the expected prices for the Galaxy S20 series have also been disclosed. The base model, Galaxy S20, is priced in the 1.2 million KRW range, the Galaxy S20 Plus in the 1.4 million KRW range, and the top-tier Galaxy S20 Ultra in the 1.6 million KRW range, with about a 200,000 KRW price difference between each model.

Since these are estimated prices, the exact details can be confirmed at the San Francisco Unpacked event scheduled for February 11.

As information about the Galaxy S20 series continues to be released, interest in manufacturer pre-order benefits and purchase incentives is also increasing. The expected manufacturer pre-order gift is anticipated to be the Galaxy Buds 2nd generation, which will be unveiled on February 11. Currently, online sites offering half-price discount promotions for pre-orders are seeing a surge in demand.

On the Naver cafe ‘NewBusPhone’, a half-price discount promotion is being offered for Galaxy S20 pre-orders. Based on the 1.2 million KRW price of the Galaxy S20, purchases are expected to be possible in the 500,000 to 600,000 KRW range, attracting many buyers, according to a NewBusPhone representative.

Not only the newly released flagship models but also previously released flagship models are undergoing price reductions and stock clearance promotions. The predecessor to the Galaxy S20, the Galaxy S10, can be purchased for as low as 70,000 KRW, and repackaged models are available as free phones.

Recently, the Galaxy S10 Plus model, which had not seen a price reduction, can also be purchased as a free phone due to increased U+ official subsidies, drawing significant demand.

The Galaxy S9, released in 2018, is also available as a free phone, and the Galaxy S9 Plus has joined the free promotion lineup, achieving strong sales among younger users and as phones for elderly care, according to a NewBusPhone representative.

Although previously released flagship models are being sold at low prices, stock availability is limited, so quick action is necessary for purchase. NewBusPhone is not only offering price reductions on flagship models but also providing internet subscription cash support of up to 700,000 KRW, making it popular on internet comparison sites as well.

Detailed information about the promotions can be found through the Naver cafe ‘NewBusPhone’.
