"Today's Recipe" Mushroom Soy Sauce Kimchi Salad Mushroom Soy Sauce Seasoned Kimchi

▷Main Ingredients (Serves 4)

10 sheets of gim (seaweed), 1 king oyster mushroom, 2 dried tot (seaweed), a little sesame oil and ground black pepper


▷Braised Sauce Ingredients

1/4 cup water, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp corn syrup



▷Instructions

★ Cooking time: 20 minutes

"Today's Recipe" Mushroom Soy Sauce Kimchi Salad 1. Grill the gim over the fire and tear it by hand. Finely chop the king oyster mushrooms.



"Today's Recipe" Mushroom Soy Sauce Kimchi Salad 2. Soak the dried tot in water for about 10 minutes, then drain it using a sieve.



"Today's Recipe" Mushroom Soy Sauce Kimchi Salad 3. Put all the braising sauce ingredients in a pot, add the dried tot and king oyster mushrooms, and simmer for about 5 minutes.



"Today's Recipe" Mushroom Soy Sauce Kimchi Salad 4. Add the gim (seaweed) and mix, then drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with ground black pepper.
