[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] Lotte Construction announced on the 21st that it plans to supply a total of 22,766 housing units across 22 complexes this year. Among these, the number of units for general sale is approximately 14,391.
In the first half of this year, 15 complexes are scheduled to be offered. The first complex is ‘Yeosu Ungcheon Marina OT’. This complex, scheduled for sale in February, will supply a total of 546 units. ‘Busan Seomyeon Bucheon-dong OT’ with 352 units is also planned to be supplied in the same month. In March, ‘Sinbanpo 14th’ is scheduled for sale. Out of 280 units, 67 are for general sale.
In April, a total of 8 complexes are scheduled for sale. These include 'Sinbanpo 13th (101 units)', 'Jayang 1 (505 units)', 'Dunchon Jugong (1,139 units)', 'Gireum Station Area (219 units)', 'Uijeongbu Ganeung 1 (326 units)', 'Sanggye 6 (724 units)', 'Sokcho Dongmyeong-dong (576 units)', and 'Yeosu Ungcheon Officetel (470 units)'. In May, three locations will be offered: Neunggok Union (264 units), Busan Buam 1 (1,425 units), and Osan Wondong (2,345 units). In June, the Busan North Port high-rise (872 units) is scheduled for sale.
In the second half of the year, 7 complexes will be offered. July will see Suwon Mangpo 2nd (1,211 units), and September will have Hwaseong Banjeong 2 (1,251 units) among others on the sale schedule.
From November to December, a total of 5 complexes are scheduled for sale. In November, Gwangmyeong 2R (216 units) and Mart Suji Branch Apartment Complex (760 units) will be offered, while in December, Cheongdam Samik (152 units), Jamsil Miseong (241 units), and Incheon Cheongcheon 1 (629 units) will be supplied.
