Korean ballad group 2AM saw their second Japanese single place high on last week's Oricon's weekly chart.

Oricon's official website showed on Tuesday that 2AM's new release, featuring the Japanese versions of their ballads "You Didn't Answer My Call" and "Like Crazy," was the fifth best-selling single between April 9 and 15.

In the week of its release on April 11, 2AM's single ranked in at the No. 4 spot on Oricon's daily chart after competing against Japanese artists Sexy Zone, Perfume and Morning Musume.

Currently, the members are in Japan, promoting their latest release and working as regular panels on the self-titled TV show, "2PM&2AM Wander Trip" on Tokyo MX Station.

Composed of members Jo Kwon, Changmin, Seulong and Jinwoon, 2AM expanded their singing career into Japan in January this year by dropping their first single "Never let you go."

Locally, they have been promoting their second mini-album "F. Scott Fitzgerald’s Way of Love” which has spawned hit song "I Wonder If You Hurt Like Me."
