2AM No. 3 on Oricon’s music chart with debut single

Korean ballad group 2AM has placed within the top three spots of the prestigious Oricon chart with their Japanese debut single. 2AM’s album “Never let you go” made its debut at the No. 3 spot on Oricon’s daily singles chart after selling 11,219 copies since its release in the country yesterday, according to Oricon’s daily singles chart on Thursday. Ahead of its release, 2AM’s single had topped Japan’s Tower Records online pre-order chart after receiving a large number of orders. The single, produced in three editions, is composed of the Japanese version of their hit songs "Can't Let You Go Even If I Die" and "Sorry I Can't Smile For You."In the meantime, the boys will promote their latest release in the country with a high-five session with fans on January 14 and 15.
