Japanese version of TVXQ's music video 'Why' unveiled

Top Japanese talenthouse AVEX has posted the Japanese version of the music video for boy band TVXQ’s new song on its official YouTube channel. AVEX Entertainment Inc., which stands as one of major recording companies in Tokyo, revealed a long (4:50) and short (2:03) version of the music video for TVXQ’s new song “Why (Keep Your Head Down)” with the song translated into Japanese.“Why,” which is the title track to TVXQ’s latest album of same name, was released in Japan in the form of a ringtone on January 12 and placed atop Japan’s Mu-Mo and Recochuku’s mobile music charts last week along with another song “MAXIMUM” from the album. Their album is set to go on sale in the country today. Song “Why” had also been promoted as the soundtrack to Japanese Fuji TV’s new drama “Beautiful Neighbors,” which began its run on January 11. TVXQ, formerly a five-member boy band, is now formed of members U-know Yunho and Max Changmin after Junsu, Jaejoong and Yuchun suspended their activities due to a legal dispute with their agency SM Entertainment and instead formed trio JYJ.AVEX, is currently the Japanese agency for many other K-pop artists including BoA, J-min, 13-member boy band Super Junior and five-member girl group f(x).
