The district, together with the Gwanak Small & Venture Business Promotion Agency, has been supporting the exhibition of three promising local companies at MWC 2026, which has been taking place in Barcelona, Spain, since February 23. The participating companies are: ▲Nanobridge (developer of high-efficiency coolant and transparent fire-retardant film based on nanocarbon composite materials) ▲2PIT (developer of AI-based automatic design optimization software) ▲PlanningGo (provider of web-based 3D CPQ solutions for B2B manufacturing and distribution), for a total of three companies.
These companies are attracting considerable interest from local visitors and global corporate representatives, exploring tangible collaboration opportunities with the European information and communications technology (ICT) sector. Kim Eunji, CEO of Nanobridge, shared the atmosphere at the event, saying, “Thanks to the systematic support from Gwanak-gu and the promotion agency, we are able to focus fully on our activities and have gained strong confidence in our global expansion.”
Based on the achievements from this MWC and other international exhibitions such as CES, the district plans to analyze global industry trends and reflect them in its Gwanak S-Valley support policies.
Park Junhee, Mayor of Gwanak-gu, emphasized, “I have been hearing about the strong interest and positive response from global visitors toward our Gwanak S-Valley companies at the ongoing MWC 2026. We will continue to provide policy support, including participation in international exhibitions, to ensure that our promising companies can stand at the forefront of the global market.”
