Selected complexes will receive financial support ranging from 2 million won to a maximum of 10 million won per complex to cover costs needed to implement community revitalization projects starting in May 2026.

The open call covers: (1) programs to resolve conflicts among residents, such as preventing noise and smoking between floors; (2) programs to reduce maintenance fees through energy saving; and (3) various other programs to revitalize the community. The total support budget is 80 million won.

Complexes wishing to apply must complete the application form and project plan posted on the Seongnam City website (Notices and Announcements), and submit them through "Botaem-e" (the local subsidy management system) under a joint application by three parties: the residents' (tenants') representative council of apartment complexes with 20 or more households, community revitalization organizations, and the management body (such as the management office).

Each complex must cover at least 20% of the project cost from its own budget.

The city will form a selection committee to review the submitted projects and will select the recipient complexes based on a comprehensive evaluation of project necessity, expected effectiveness, resident participation, and sustainability.

An official from Seongnam City said, "We expect this project to promote communication and cooperation among residents and, based on that, to spread positive change throughout the local community," adding, "We look forward to strong interest and active participation from many apartment complexes."
