Among the Galaxy S26 series unveiled on the 25th (local time), the top-tier Ultra model introduces camera features that enable professional-grade, high-quality video.

Galaxy S26 Ultra Upgraded to Professional Camera Level... "Enables High-Quality Video"

The Galaxy S26 Ultra is equipped with a total of four rear cameras: a 200-megapixel wide-angle, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide, a 10-megapixel telephoto, and a 50-megapixel telephoto camera. In particular, it features a wider aperture than its predecessor, allowing for clearer shooting even in low-light environments.

For the first time on a Galaxy device, it supports the professional video production codec "APV Codec." Samsung explained, "Users can shoot professional-level high-quality videos, and even if they edit the footage multiple times, the video quality can be maintained in high definition."

Samsung added, "From shooting to editing and sharing, it delivers the best experience ever on a Galaxy device in every step of the process so that anyone can achieve high-quality results without professional equipment or knowledge."

The "Super Steady" feature, which compensates for shake during video recording, now includes a new horizon lock option. It helps users shoot with a stable composition even while moving or in shaky conditions.

In addition, the artificial intelligence (AI) image signal processor "AI ISP" is applied to the front camera, capturing fine details such as hair and eyebrows and rendering natural skin tones when taking selfies.

The Ultra model has a 5,000mAh battery, and with the upgrade of wired charging from 2.0 to 3.0, it can now charge up to 75% in 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, a newly designed "vapor chamber" structure has been adopted, improving heat dissipation performance by more than 20% compared to the previous model. A vapor chamber is a thermal management technology that quickly spreads and dissipates heat generated inside the device. Samsung stated, "The Galaxy S26 Ultra maintains stable performance when running multiple apps or shooting high-resolution videos."
