GrainOn Selected as a 2026 Youth Job Hidden Champion

GrainOn Co., Ltd. (CEO Ahn Changseok), a company specializing in ancient grains, announced that it has been selected as a "2026 Youth Job Hidden Champion" in a program jointly overseen by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. With this selection, GrainOn has been recognized as a core company in the government's youth employment promotion policy and will receive various forms of support.

The "Youth Job Hidden Champion" program was introduced in 2016 to improve the youth employment environment at small and medium-sized enterprises and mid-sized companies, and to enhance young people's perception of such companies. Companies are selected through a comprehensive evaluation of key indicators such as youth employment retention and growth rate, compensation and welfare levels, and profit-generating capacity. For 2026, a total of 224 companies were ultimately selected.

GrainOn was finally selected as a hidden champion after receiving high scores in multiple evaluation categories, including the growth rate of youth employment, the proportion of young workers, flexible work arrangements, and welfare support. In particular, its continued efforts in youth-centered recruitment, improvements in the working environment, and the operation of solid employee benefit programs were highly rated.

With this selection, GrainOn will receive benefits over the next three years in various government support programs, including preferential treatment in financial and tax investigations and employment stability incentives. Through this, the company has established a foundation to more thoroughly pursue its growth strategy, including maintaining and expanding youth employment and strengthening competitiveness.

A GrainOn representative stated, "As a result of our continuous efforts to create a workplace where we can grow together with young talent, we have earned the honor of being selected as a Youth Job Hidden Champion," adding, "We will continue to further expand our employee welfare programs and youth talent development initiatives to build a culture in which young people and the company grow together."

Meanwhile, GrainOn is a brand that has been leading the ancient grain market, contributing to the spread of a healthy food culture with a diverse lineup of premium grains, including farro. Recently, at the "2026 Korea First Brand Awards" ceremony, it ranked first in the enzyme category not only in Korea but also in three countries, including China and Vietnam, once again proving its brand competitiveness and position in the global market.
