Extended deadlines for advance seat selection and baggage
In-flight meals available up to 48 hours before departure

Under the new policy, the purchase and refund windows for major services such as advance seat selection, excess baggage, and priority baggage claim will be extended from up to 24 hours before departure to up to 4 hours before departure. The deadlines for pre-ordered in-flight meals and meal pack products have also been adjusted from up to 72 hours before departure to up to 48 hours before departure, allowing customers to choose services more flexibly according to their circumstances.
The usability of the website has also been enhanced. Jin Air now provides estimated flight time information for each segment and has improved the user interface (UI) so that customers can easily see the bundle discount rate compared to individual purchases at a glance.
To commemorate the expansion of these services, Jin Air will offer two types of ancillary service discount coupons through its website and mobile app until March 10. Customers who wish to use them can download a 5,000 won discount coupon for excess baggage and a 2,000 won discount coupon for pre-ordered in-flight meals and use them within the travel period for flights departing by March 28.
A Jin Air representative said, "This change is aimed at enhancing customer convenience ahead of the integration," adding, "We will continue to improve our services by closely monitoring customer experience going forward."
