European premium brand Fontana announced on the 25th that it has released "Organic Whole Wheat Spaghetti".


"Fontana Organic Whole Wheat Spaghetti" is a 100% Italian product, with the entire process from wheat cultivation to noodle production carried out locally in Italy. It uses durum wheat that meets European organic quality standards, and the ingredients are selected through a three-stage clean process.

The new product is slowly dried for 10 hours at an optimal temperature, enhancing the savory flavor unique to whole wheat and giving it a firm, elastic texture. It can be used for a variety of pasta dishes, including tomato-based sauces, aglio e olio, and carbonara. Containing 13 g of protein and 7 g of dietary fiber per 100 g, it is described as a product designed with nutritional balance in mind.


Fontana offers a wide range of pasta noodles, including spaghetti, linguine, and penne rigate. Recently, in line with the health trend, it has expanded its product portfolio by successively launching "Organic Spaghetti" and "Organic Whole Wheat Spaghetti".
