The enclosed book is designed to extend this message into practical application in everyday life. It was co-authored by Lee and the Ceragem Well Life Lab, and is organized around healthy habits that anyone can apply in their daily routine. Both the book and the postcard share the core message that health begins with “small, sustainable changes.”
